Site Downtime And Ongoing Security Work

Over the past few days, we’ve experienced a sustained and unusually heavy bot attack. These automated systems flood a site with false traffic, attempting to overload servers, disrupt performance, or exploit weak points.

Even the largest and most secure platforms (PayPal, eBay, Amazon, and others) have been hit by similar attacks in the past. Being targeted doesn’t mean a site is weak; it means it’s visible, active, and valuable enough to attract attention.

Our platform runs on Amazon’s professional server infrastructure, supported by a dedicated team of engineers who have been working round the clock to maintain stability and protect your data. During this process, some custom and premium sites were temporarily taken offline as a precaution to ensure image and data safety.

Everything possible is being done to keep the site running smoothly while the attack continues. I’ll post updates as needed, but please note that this thread will not remain open for discussion, our priority right now is keeping systems stable, not debating them.

If you are still experiencing access or display issues with your own site, please contact Support directly for assistance. CLICK HERE FOR SUPPORT
For everyone else, no action is needed.... thank you for your patience and understanding while the team continues their work.
