Though just a note, every board that removed the forum, will do less well in the search because google always wants new content of any kind. And I think we did better in the past when we were public.

A couple months ago I looked for how to go back to a free account. I am battling stage 3 cancer & can't deal with art right now. I followed the instructions & thought I had done what was needed. Obviously the information I received was not adequate, as I just saw a charge on my card last month. (Yes, I'm not on top of things right now. I have to have assistance with daily tasks.) I've never had any sales. Can I get a refund of the charge & be put back on the free account?

@mary, as far as I know you link those sites to this site. You would have to post from here to post to facebook manually. And instagram has no links back to the site if you post the images.

I just tried to access my site and am not able to get in. I used the same email/password I use to get into FineArtAmerica.com. Has something changed? It tells me my email is not correct. So I can't get a reset password link either, in case that is part of the problem. Any ideas?

I’m not able to respond to the other thread for some reason. I’m not able to remove my custom domain.

I joined a couple of years ago but didn't sell anything because PayPal and I don't like each other. lol I opened a Paypal twice and sends me bills to my email that I didn't not charge. I send them to the PayPal's scam department, that is my solution. I'm afraid of opening another PayPal account but without it, I will never sell anything. Any tips?
